I decided to do a flour test with my sourdough this weekend 🍞

The first pictures are King Arthur Bread Flour the second 3 pictures are Bob's Red Mill Artisan Bread Flour 👩‍🍳

I used exactly the same recipe and technique on both of these loaves and in my opinion the Bob's Red Mill is superior 🥇😊
