This past week, we had an incredible opportunity that allowed our baker to step WAY out of her comfort zone and tackle her biggest bake yet! 3 full sheetcakes were delivered Thursday (May 7), morning to help the Brenham Police Department celebrate their 100th anniversary. (The star cake of the show is shown here and in the article.) We are so grateful for the opportunity and all the learning that took place.

We also need to give a HUGE shout out to the often silent partner in this bakery. The husband. Mickey, there is NO way this would've been accomplished without your help. Thank you for helping your baker's dreams become realities.
