Did you know most of our menu is gluten-free and refined sugar-free?

When creating Meg's, we wanted to build a coffee shop where people could enjoy a treat without feeling left out because of dietary restrictions.

We wanted to strike a balance between quality ingredients and delicious flavor. Our goal is that every time you walk away from Meg's, you love what you got—not because it's "good for gluten-free" or "good for refined sugar-free," but because it's genuinely delicious. We want to create food and drinks that make you feel good and taste amazing, too.

From our house-made syrups sweetened with ingredients like honey, maple syrup, and coconut sugar to our gluten-free baked goods, every menu item is created with quality ingredients and lots of intention.
Whether you're gluten-free, trying to cut back on refined sugar, or just looking for something delicious, there's a place for you here.
