Stopped by this delicious bakery in Gainesville and it did NOT disappoint!

We got the ham & cheese rose (not pictured since Adam ate it before I could get a picture), spinach & feta rose, original croissant, chocolate croissant, Nutella croissant, pineapple chausson & 2 cinnamon rolls!

Everything was 10/10‼️ 🤤

While market season has come to a close, we’re not done baking! Here’s where you can find us in June:

📦 Lakewood Ranch Drop (Pre-Order Only) – Orders must be placed ahead of time to guarantee your bread.

🏡 Home Pickups (Pre-Order Only) – Reserve your favorites in advance and pick them up directly from us.

📍 Downtown Market – Come see us in person and stock up on your favorite sourdough goodies! We will NOT be at the market on June 6 but WILL be there on June 20th!

Be sure to check our schedule and get those pre-orders in early for LWR drops and home pickups, as we will have limited extras available.

BREAD HEADS! ❤️🍞

What an incredible market season it has been! We are beyond grateful for every loaf purchased, every kind word shared, every social media like, comment, and share, and for each and every one of you who showed up week after week to support our dream.

This season has exceeded anything we could have imagined, and it’s all because of YOU. Thank you for welcoming us into your homes, your kitchens, and your family traditions. Your support means more to us than words can express.

We also want to extend a huge thank you to Realize Bradenton, the Bradenton Public Market, Heather and her incredible team, vendor, and supporter who helped make this season such a success. We are honored to have been part of something so special and to share our passion for sourdough with this amazing community.

The love and support we’ve received from our fellow vendors and the entire Bradenton community has been overwhelming in the best possible way. You’ve helped turn a dream into something real, and for that, we will always be grateful.

Thank you for being the best Bread Heads around. This is only the beginning for us, and we can’t wait to continue this journey with all of you. Bigger things are coming, more bread is baking, and we are excited to see where this adventure takes us next!

Bread Heads! ❤️🍞

Today is a bittersweet day for us as we wrap up the final market of our very first season.

What started as a dream and a passion for sourdough has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined, and it’s all because of you. Week after week, you showed up, supported us, shared our posts, told your friends about us, and welcomed us into this incredible community.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to showcase what we love and share our passion with all of you. Every loaf, every conversation, and every familiar face at the market has meant more to us than words can express.

While today marks the end of this market season, it is far from the end of our journey. In many ways, it feels like we’re just getting started. We have exciting things planned, summer pop-ups ahead, new ideas in the works, and plenty more sourdough to bring to our Bread Heads.

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and being part of this first chapter. We can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Bread Heads! 🥖❤️

This Saturday is our FINAL Saturday of the season at the Bradenton Public Market… and honestly we’re trying not to get emotional while feeding starters and baking loaves at 2am. 😂

What a season it has been. You all have shown up week after week, rain or shine, hungry or “just browsing” (and somehow still leaving with 3 loaves and cookies 😏). We truly cannot thank this community enough for supporting our little sourdough dream here in BREADenton!

We’ll be taking a short break after this market to recharge, create, and probably sleep for 14 straight hours… BUT don’t worry — keep your eyes peeled for summer pop ups! 👀☀️

We’re bringing a LIMITED amount of our sourdough lineup this Saturday, and we fully plan on selling out. So if there’s something you’ve been craving, come early or reserve your goodies ahead of time!

We can’t wait to spend one more amazing Saturday with our Bread Heads from 9-2 on Saturday 5/30! Let’s send this season out the only way we know how… with carbs, laughs, and lots of butter. 🧈🥖

Without you, we are nothing. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to put our sourdough on the stage here in BREADenton and for all of you who continue to show up for us week after week.

Your support, encouragement, and love for what we do means everything to us. ❤️

Please help us continue growing by sharing our posts and spreading the word to those who haven’t yet had the opportunity to experience what we’re all about and the sourdough products we proudly bring to this community.

And this is just the beginning for us. We have so much more ahead, and we’re so excited to continue growing alongside all of our Bread Heads!

Bread Heads! As we come to the end of our market season, we’ll be having our LWR drop this Friday 5/29 from 3–4 PM!

We’ll be taking a couple weeks off after this drop, so don’t miss your chance to stock up on your favorite sourdough before our short break.

Pre-orders must be placed by Wednesday at noon to guarantee your order for Friday pickup. We will have very limited availability for last-minute add-ons this week, so be sure to get those orders in early!

We can’t wait to see all of you Friday and send this market season off with some amazing bread! 🥖
