Weekly bread + sweets pre-order menu opens tomorrow (5/18) at noon for Saturday (5/23) pickup 🫶

This flyer shows some of my staple items, but it is NOT the full menu for this week. I’ll also have rotating specials and limited items available once the menu opens.

Everything is homemade in small batches using quality ingredients, long fermentation, and no unnecessary additives. Quantities are limited each week and many items sell out before pickup day.

- Longboat Key

Mother’s Day orders open tomorrow (5/4) at 12pm 💐

If you need something to bring, gift, or show up with next weekend, I’m doing a limited batch of Mother’s Day baskets along with my regular menu.

The baskets come in two options:
• a fresh bouquet (with Floral Lab SRQ) + a classic sourdough loaf
• or a bouquet + classic sourdough loaf + a 6-pack of browned butter toffee chocolate chunk cookies

These are only available this week and I’m making a small number, so they will go quickly.

I’ll also have my usual items available:
Classic Sourdough
Roasted Rosemary Sourdough
Lemon Blueberry Focaccia with Lemon Glaze
Cookie 6-packs

Orders open tomorrow at 12pm and close Wednesday (5/6) at 12pm
(same schedule every week)

The full menu will be live right when orders open.

Pickup is Saturday (5/9) in Sarasota, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Longboat Key
(all locations are listed at checkout)

Pre-orders open Monday (5/4) at 12pm and I’m only doing a small number of these, so they will go quickly.

2025 WRAPPED: Sourdough Edition 🍞🤍

I officially started this microbakery in March of 2025, and these numbers already feel unreal. Every loaf, cookie, and scone represents learning, growth, and a community that showed up from the very beginning.

This wasn’t even a full year — and I can’t wait to see what my first full official year in business holds!

None of this would exist without the people who believed in me from the very beginning. Whether you ordered your very first loaf back in March, grabbed bread week after week, shared my posts, or simply told a friend — your support has meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been working on a simple way to get fresh, small-batch sourdough and baked goods to you every week, no matter where you are. I bake once a week in limited quantities — everything is shaped, scored, and baked fresh with love every week. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed — just real ingredients, time, and care 💗

All baked goods are available for pickup every Saturday at the location of your choice ⬇️

🏡 PARRISH – Silverleaf Neighborhood Pop-Up (8am–12pm)
Perfect for residents on their morning walk or anyone nearby who wants to stop by for a fresh loaf! Walk up to shop or pre-order online so your bag is packed and ready when you arrive.

🌾 BRADENTON – Geraldson’s Family Farm (9am–3pm)
Pre-order for pickup at Geraldson’s — one of my favorite local spots for real food and community. It’s the perfect place to grab your bread and browse the farm store while you’re there 🌾

🍷 SARASOTA – Michael’s Wine Cellar (1pm–6pm)
