It’ll be a little weirder than usual over here this week. hive has a ritzy gig that only the Land Yacht can service. We’ll be fulfilling your orders out in the open Weds-Fri (I know…great week for that🥵). So be flexible with our hours & menu, but never our attitude.😚

We are making progress on our renovation project. How about those train side windows?

July 4th is a strange one. Depending on when it falls in the week will dictate whether or not it will be a viable day of service.
•
In this iteration we have to be very measured with our expenses. Given some staffing absences and the likelihood that many of our customers will be heading out of town for a weekend of celebration/contemplation of our injured but resilient country, we have decided to close over the Independence Day weekend.
•
So plan ahead and get your bagel fix in this week and next week (Wednesday-Friday). We love serving you all wherever that may be; out of an Airstream or in a brand new dining room. Thank you for receiving us in whatever way we present ourselves.

We’ll have them back on the menu for you on FRIDAY!!!

Egg ‘n Cheese IS:
2 Eggs Scrambled, Salted Butter and Sharp Cabot Cheddar. Add Thick Cut Bacon if you wish.

For now, no other add-ons or modifications will be allowed. ALSO, get ready for those old wait times to increase a bit as the menu fills out. We will do our best to work expeditiously in the kitchen to get you fed in time.

For those observing Passover, this is just one more thing we can’t eat this week. 😭
•

Are you getting sick of our gratitude posts yet?
Well, buckle in for an encore.

It was a cold one this week and many of you still made it a point to stop by Exodus for your bagel fix. It means the world to us that you support us during this moment of storelessness.
👀 look it up. It’s a word.

Adam has thoroughly enjoyed his short convos with many of the patrons of our Airstream service. Some of you stick around well past the delivery of your order which we think means that you too are enjoying the chats. While many customers have reduced their visits to us during this abbreviation of services, some of you have actually increased your frequency at Exodus.
•
Our increased face time with you all has been a standout benefit of this pivot; it has provided more evidence that opening our doors to you all, building a space to enjoy our wares and each others company is the absolute right thing to do.
•
And while we wait to complete our project (due sometime this Spring), we wanted to reiterate our change in hours as it takes time and repetition to get this info to all of you.
We are still open Wednesday-Sunday but we now close at 11am.
•
Wednesday-Friday = 7am-11am
Saturday-Sunday = 8am-11am
•
So please continue to patronize our business and do not hesitate to stick around for some chat if you have questions or just need a few minutes to gab with a neutral party. Or you just want to complain about the Patriots pathetic offense. 🫣
