Strawberry Rhubarb Chamomile Fritters: Vanilla Brioche layered with Strawberry Jam and Macerated Rhubarb, Chamomile Glaze, Strawberry Coulis and a White Chocolate Strawberry Crumb!

Thank you to everyone that came by the doughnut pop up for Mother’s Day !

Another sold out afternoon which is always humbling for us!

One of our featured doughnuts for the pop up as well as included in our Mother’s Day doughnut box, the Honeycomb Lavender Crunch Croissant doughnut!

Vanilla Brioche dough roll and shaped like you would a Croissant, filled with Honey Lavender Pastry Cream, Honey Lavender glaze and sprinkled with Crunchy and Salty Honeycomb candy!

We are loving the idea of working on new doughnut shapes that are beyond the classic round!

Huge thank you to for inviting us! Thank you to everyone that came and supported all the vendors featured yesterday! Huge shout out to all the amazing businesses at the Speedway, I was thrilled to get all my beer, pizza and flan/empanada needs met before I left!

is back this month with two pop ups!

We are thrilled to be back this weekend, Sunday May 7th, at the Brighton Elks Lodge starting at 11am for an afternoon of some of the most creative and unique vendors in New England along with our innovative and tasty creations!

On May 14th, we are back for Mother’s Day! We will be releasing Mother’s Day Doughnut boxes of 4 for pick up/pre-order (in the next few days via the link in our bio) as well as having doughnuts for in person purchase, starting at 12!

Set your alarms and mark your calendars because you don’t want to miss out!

That time we over made this snacktastic concoction:

Crab Rangoon doughnut: Classic Brioche filled with Crab Rangoon filling (Lump and Imitation Crab meat, Cream Cheese, Scallions and Worcestershire Sauce), dipped in a Pineapple Duck Sauce, topped with more Scallions and Crispy Wontons!

Can’t wait to bring more crazy flavors like this at future pop ups!
