We have SO many wonderful customers. Most have become like family. We've laughed together, cried together and prayed for each other. (And I get the most amazing hugs)
Each week y'all trust us to create sweet treats for your most important events. We don't take that lightly.
If we ask a bunch of questions, we aren't being nosey, just getting a feel for what you want.
If we have to turn down your order, please know that we don't like having to turn anyone down, but most of the time, I'm by myself and I have 1 oven and limited room LOL.
I will not take an order if I can't give it 100%, but please please please remember, as much as I love every one of y'all, I have to take time for myself and my family. Sundays are for family and Monday is my supply shopping day.
IF for some unusual reason, health, weather, etc. That we can't get your cake done, we will message you as soon as possible. I do have a backup decorator (Cody) but he works a full time job at the hospital.
And Lord knows how dang forgetful I'm getting :(
If you message me or submit an order to the website, make SURE that someone confirms the order with you. Don't assume I saw it.
Oh and make sure I send the right cake with you....ugh....thank the Lord for understanding customers.
The last 3 years have been a learning process. When we had the bakery in Elkin back in 2015, it was NOTHING like this. The Good Lord has blessed us with a multitude of orders and each week, he provides for me and my family.
Supplies cost 5 times more than they did back then and y'all know bout them powerbills!! I need to sell a kidney to pay it some months.
BUT I said all that, to say this....
THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING AMAZING!!!
We can't do it without you and I'm excited to see how we grow ;)
