Two fresh new releases!

Uganda Stancoffee Site 1 (SL-28)
Another delightful African offering. Out of all the Ugandan samples we tried this was the CLEAR winner for us. SL-28 varietals are a love of ours so when we get a good one, we want it. The anaerobic processing accentuates the fruit notes and acidity. We really love this coffee on drip (it's in both cafes right now) or a wild espresso offering.

Our friends over Falcon Specialty North America have been killing it with African offerings this year as all of the African coffees lately have been from them.

Nicaragua Francisco Lacayo-

Our blue bag coffees are always washed with heavy chocolate notes and a touch of citrus acidity and this coffee hits square in the middle of that. Sourced from L53 Estates in the mountains of the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua were excited to offer this coffee as a medium roasted option.

Hey y'all, a couple months ago we entered a roasting competition with Coffee Review where we were named a finalist. Most of that coffee went to our friends Andrew @ Pull & Pour as a feature set. But, we have a just a few bags left. When we say limited we mean LIMITED, like 3 bags at each shop. This is our favorite coffee we've released this year. It's just stunning and we can't say enough about it. Get this Kenya while you can, or we might just drink it ourselves.

It’s National Coffee Day- we just want to take a minute to say thank you. Whether you come to Yadkinville, Elkin, order online, brew our coffees at home, whatever it is we are grateful. We are so fortunate to have the community support that we have. We are coming off of one of our busiest weeks across all of our locations, and you are to thank for that. A Small business isn’t an easy thing to start and keep going especially in your 20’s, on top of a growing family, but each of you keeps us moving and reminds us daily of why we do what we do.

We look forward to the future and what it holds. Yall keep showing up and we will keep roasting, brewing and baking.
