Soooo. I heard from 3 different people today which seemed like seconds apart, but was literally minutes apart, asking for this Biscoff Cookie Butter bar.

One person asked for a lemon something that had frosting, but now I’m wondering if she meant this… I sold a lemon bar the same day. 🤔

Needless to say, I will be making this for next farmers market. However, I have been advised to bake accordingly since it is Labor Day weekend and apparently less people go to the farmers market.

I can’t speak for everyone, but Sassy Batch will be at the farmers market next Saturday.

Business has been pretty darn slow, but I have really been enjoying my summer with my family.
I now have 5 raspberry plants growing beautifully that will be the source of my homemade raspberry filling.
Maddie helps me water and talks to the plants telling them they are good and growing....
