Parts were replaced with new ones finally. Have been trying to run the oven to help regulate the temperature. Still is a little off but at least it its not shutting off or getting super hot. I am still standing over the oven to keep watch making sure the cakes do not burn. I am going to try and make a few graduation cookies later this week and we will see how it goes. Hopefully, it will be a go and we are back into business. Thank you so much my friends for your patience.

Technicians for my oven came out on March 7th. Still no parts but did get a phone call to say that they received a part but again the wrong part and was sent back. This is a NEW OVEN! It is not years old so why can't the right parts be found? I am about done. I do try to bake but I have to stand at the oven door to keep adjusting the temperature so that items will not burn or unbake. This is crazy to me that I have been waiting on parts longer then I have been able to use the oven. Going to call tomorrow to request a new oven. 7 months is long enough.
Sadly, I won't have any Easter Items for you. I miss baking and letting others enjoy fresh baked goods. Soon, I pray. Thank you for your patience.

New fan put in and seems to stay on longer and heat up. One other part was sent for the wrong oven so the servicing tech just put it back together the way it was without the additional new part.
Did try to bake but the thermostat is so unpredictable that my homemade Angle food cake started to burn on top and wasn’t done inside because of the fluctuation in temperature. Grrrr.

Well, Appliances tech could not fix the oven. More parts ordered. I am so frustrated. This is why I bought a new oven so I could just bake. I’m so sorry this is taking so long to get up and running again. Fingers crossed the new parts will be in soon. Thank you for patience.

New oven parts arrived. Now to wait until on the technician to install this week. I am praying this will do the trick and get my bakery up and running again.

Got the oven to work long enough to make a batch of Iced Sourdough Oatmeal Cookies. These are so soft with a hint of cinnamon and no raisins. Will keep these on a rotation.
