A 6 inch reduced sugar vanilla cake for a mother’s birthday. The customer left the design up to us but mentioned her mom likes flowers. Voila! 🌺

This was a fully naked (no whipped cream on the side) black sesame reduced sugar cake, as requested, for a 85th birthday! We cut the sugar down to 20% but kept the roasted black sesame at full flavor.

Strawberry cupcakes made with strawberry compote. We always strive to keep our ingredients as simple as possible without artificial coloring if we can avoid it! This very light pink was the result of the strawberry compote!
