On another note we will now be offering cinnamon roll sourdough focaccia! $12 for an 8x8 pan! Amazing bubbly sourdough bread with a great cinnamon roll flavor and sweet icing on top, great for gatherings or sunday morning breakfast before church!

Do you know what you're eating?
Most "sourdough" breads from the grocery store have yeast and other additives in them. Here are 3 examples that I looked at today, all 3 labled as sourdough, all 3 have added yeast, and 2 out of the 3 have either added sugar or dairy making them not true sourdough and definitely not as healthy for you.
If you don't buy our sourdough at least double check your label to make sure you are getting true soughdough and not just paying for the flavor!
Our breads only contain flour, water, and salt (plus whatever is mixed in)! No added sugar, no added yeast, no added preservatives!
