Hi ResQers! It's been a few weeks, but I'll be popping up at 2 locations this week with some yummy treats!

I'll be back at the Hillsboro Farmers Market in Reed's Crossing Tamarack Park happening today from 4:30-8pm. This was rescheduled from the initial August 2nd date due to the heat wave that week.

And I'm excited to be part of Phin Cafe's 4th birthday celebration in Beaverton happening this Saturday from 11am-4pm! I'll have some new desserts avaliable to celebrate the special occasion :)

July cake cup special is here!! It'll be available at the Beaverton Farmers Market on Saturday, July 11th! Open from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

- Pandan Passionfruit Chiffon Cake Cup: a twist on my classic pandan chiffon cake, but elevated with a tangy passionfruit sauce to bring a nice pop and zing to the soft pandan chiffon cake and silky pandan custard

- Ube Mango Chiffon Cake Cup: layers of pillowey ube chiffon cake and a sweet mango ginger compote, topped with coconut flakes and candied ginger pieces

Pick one up before it's gone! And as always, 5% of all sales is donated to support the dog rescue mission, so enjoy treats for a good cause :)

It's been a little while since this has been on the menu, but the pandan chiffon cake is making its comeback!

After getting multiple requests for it, I'll be bringing this light, airy, and spongy cake back to the limelight! Paired with a sweet pandan custard, you'll find it starting this July!!

As much as I love baking and getting to be at the markets every week to see my regulars and meet new faces, I usually take the summers off to be with family, friends, and enjoy all the great things Oregon and the PNW has to offer. The weather has been beautiful and I'm starting to take advantage of our summer days by easing away from summer market days.

However, I'm planning to still pop up here and there throughout summer. And here is where I'll be next!

Find me this Saturday at the Beaverton Farmers Market and next Wednesday at the Hillsboro Farmers Market in Reed's Crossing!

And with the craziness of Mother's Day weekend last week, I want to let you know that that's a wrap for me on the regular season at the Beaverton Farmers Market!

I had originally planned to be there this upcoming weekend as the last weekend, but unfortunately something came up and I won't be able to be there after all. My apologies for anyone that had planned to see me at this last market!

I appreciate everyone's support so far, and coming out to find me every week this season..! I do plan to pop up here and there throughout summer, so I'm not COMPLETELY gone :). I'll be posting throughout summer when and where I'll be, so I hope to see some of you throughout this summer. And I'll be back in the Fall with some special treats and desserts!! :)

Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers out there!

It's been a whirlwind of a week, and I'm operating on 2 hours of sleep from baking all night after a week of being sick and losing my voice, but I made it through!

For those that pre-ordered or picked up a box this weekend, thank you so much for your support! You really made all the stress of this week so worth it! I truly need a break after this though.

I hope you enjoy the desserts!!

May Special is here! Passionfruit (Lilikoi) Guava Cake Cup.

Guava olive oil cake with a layer of freshly made guava compote, passionfruit honey sauce, passionfruit infused whipping cream, topped with toasted coconut chips and a drizzle of lemon ginger curd. Tropical, zesty, fruity, and full of flavor and textures. Only available for the next few weeks.
