As much as I love baking and getting to be at the markets every week to see my regulars and meet new faces, I usually take the summers off to be with family, friends, and enjoy all the great things Oregon and the PNW has to offer. The weather has been beautiful and I'm starting to take advantage of our summer days by easing away from summer market days.

However, I'm planning to still pop up here and there throughout summer. And here is where I'll be next!

Find me this Saturday at the Beaverton Farmers Market and next Wednesday at the Hillsboro Farmers Market in Reed's Crossing!

Make sure to follow along as I'll continue to share where I'll be popping up all summer long.

And with the craziness of Mother's Day weekend last week, I want to let you know that that's a wrap for me on the regular season at the Beaverton Farmers Market!

I had originally planned to be there this upcoming weekend as the last weekend, but unfortunately something came up and I won't be able to be there after all. My apologies for anyone that had planned to see me at this last market!

I appreciate everyone's support so far, and coming out to find me every week this season..! I do plan to pop up here and there throughout summer, so I'm not COMPLETELY gone :). I'll be posting throughout summer when and where I'll be, so I hope to see some of you throughout this summer. And I'll be back in the Fall with some special treats and desserts!! :)

Thank you again for your support, and hope to see you at any popups and events I'll be at in these next few months! Until I see you next..!!

Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers out there!

It's been a whirlwind of a week, and I'm operating on 2 hours of sleep from baking all night after a week of being sick and losing my voice, but I made it through!

For those that pre-ordered or picked up a box this weekend, thank you so much for your support! You really made all the stress of this week so worth it! I truly need a break after this though.

I hope you enjoy the desserts!!

May Special is here! Passionfruit (Lilikoi) Guava Cake Cup.

Guava olive oil cake with a layer of freshly made guava compote, passionfruit honey sauce, passionfruit infused whipping cream, topped with toasted coconut chips and a drizzle of lemon ginger curd. Tropical, zesty, fruity, and full of flavor and textures. Only available for the next few weeks.

Limited supplies will be available at the Beaverton Farmers Market, so pre-orders are a guaranteed way to make sure you have a box ready for you.

Special cake cup flavor for tomorrow's is Lemon Berry! 🍋 🍓

Lemon olive oil cake with freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest, layered with a blueberry lemon compote, topped with strawberry lemon curd, strawberry whipping cream, and fresh strawberry slices. Sweet, a little tangy, and absolutely delicious.

Available tomorrow at The Beaverton Farmers Market from 10am to 1:30pm. Come find me and pick up a yummy treat to enjoy during this gorgeous weather.

Introducing my March special-- the Mango Sticky Rice Cake Cup! This is my take on one of my favorite desserts-- the mango sticky rice-- but combined with cake.

A moist coconut olive oil cake layered with coconut whipping cream and sweetened coconut sticky rice, topped with fresh mango pieces, sesame seeds, and toasted coconut pieces. I'm so proud of this one, and can't wait for you to try it!! It won't be around for long.

Hi resQers! Here's where to find me this month!

I'll be out for 2 weeks this March trading in the kitchen and my apron for my hiking shoes and work clothes as I will be out of town for both a (well needed!) vacation and a work trip. Very excited to visit some small bakeries and restaurants to support them, and try some amazing local eats while there..!

Hope to see you the weeks I'm this month..! I have some fun things that I'm cooking up coming soon :)

Each box contains one of the following items:
