Got to make a birthday cake for my partner yesterday.

A rich double chocolate cake with an indulgent Oreo cheesecake center, wrapped in creamy chocolate frosting. It’s fudgey, decadent, and dangerously good in every bite. 🍫 (family gets leftover icing in this house 🤣🤣 so I ran out when decorating the top)

I highly recommend Crumb and Co. Beaverton! The owner is super friendly and she makes incredible cakes! The mini vanilla cake was baked well and the frosting was delish and creamy.
