Hello! My name is Kristin, and I’m the owner and head baker behind Un Amour Patisserie.
I realized recently that I’ve never truly introduced myself here on Instagram. While I’ve been fortunate to meet many of you in person—through deliveries, markets, networking, and events—I tend to use this space more as a visual portfolio: a place for clients to find inspiration and get a bird’s-eye view of what we’re capable of creating at Un Amour. Being face-forward in this space doesn’t come naturally to me, but here goes…
I’ve been baking for many years, learning the foundations through classes and apprenticeships, but I’m largely self-taught. Baking is my creative outlet—my way to “zen out,” quiet the noise, and fully immerse myself in the process.
Our customers bring the most unique and exciting ideas, and nothing brings me more joy than being trusted with the creative freedom to turn those visions into macarons.
At Un Amour Patisserie, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We proudly offer dietary options such as vegan, nut-free, and even sugar-free macarons—because we truly believe everyone needs to self-indulge from time to time. In fact, our name Un Amour translates from French to English as “One Love.” It reflects our mission: to lead with empathy, build bridges, and honor the oneness that connects us all.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me supporting small businesses, trying new things, and spending quality time with family and friends. I’m passionate about travel and visited my 50th state and 70th country in 2025!
Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and for choosing our small business since 2020 -it truly means the world to us. We’re so excited for what 2026 has in store. Lastly, in the spirit of MLK Jr. day “You can kill the dreamer, but you can’t kill the dream.”
