🧼✨ A LITTLE SNEAK PEEK OF WHAT’S COMING TO THE NEW HUT! ✨🧼

I’ve been having SO much fun making new things for the farm store, and today I cut some of the newest soaps! 😍

I’m trying a new blend of goat milk + coconut soap, and they turned out SO pretty — and the scents?! 🤎

☕️ Spiced Caramel Latte — warm, sweet, cozy, and absolutely delicious smelling.

🖤 Ebony Musk — a rich, smooth masculine scent that I LOVE.

These will be joining all the other goodies in the new Sourdough Hut farm store! 🏡❤️

The Hut is getting closer and closer every day, and I cannot WAIT to finally fill those shelves with all the things I’ve been making, finding, and dreaming up.

There’s going to be a little bit of everything in there — and I have a feeling the decorating and stocking part might be my favorite. 😂

🌻 Good morning, farm friends! 🌻

A couple things to go over today!

First, this week’s hours will be a little different. I’ll only be open Wednesday & Thursday this week. I have back-to-back appointments all day Thursday, which means I won’t have time to prep for Friday, AND my son has a hockey showcase this weekend that I’d really like to be there for. 🏒❤️

Second… as we get closer to opening the NEW Sourdough Hut, I’m planning on changing the hours a little bit — including opening earlier! 👀

And that brings me to my question for you guys:

What would YOU like to see available in the mornings?

Would you be interested in being able to grab single items on your way to work or school?
🥐 A single cinnamon roll
🧁 A single muffin
🍪 A cookie or other treat
🥖 A single loaf/item

Or do you prefer having things packaged in multiples?

I’d love to know what would actually be convenient for you! I want the new Hut to work for you guys, so I’m going to be asking lots of questions as we get closer to opening. 😂

🏡 UPDATE TIME! 🏡

I know I promised pictures, but honestly… pictures just don’t do this progress justice! 😂 There is SO much happening behind the scenes, and the new Hut is really starting to come together!

We have a brand-new roof, all of the walls are framed, the entire floor has been reframed and the new subfloor is in, and the outside has officially been scraped and caulked and is ready for a good power washing and paint! 🙌🏻

Then comes the inside — getting the walls and ceiling up — and after that…

✨ THE BEST PART. DECORATING! ✨

You guys KNOW that’s my favorite part. 😂

We’re getting closer and closer, and I have to tell you… this isn’t going to be the Sourdough Hut you’re used to.

It’s going to be the Sourdough Hut + a little farm store — bigger, cozier, and filled with even more of the things you’ve come to love, plus some new surprises along the way. 🥰

I am SO excited to see this little old camper turn into something completely new, and I hope you’re all as excited as I am!

We’re getting there, friends! ❤️

🚨 UPDATE TIME! 🚨

First off, while I was waiting for it to warm up enough this morning to get to work on the new Hut, I made some NEW scented soaps! 🧼💕 AND… I really got it right this time! Better oils, stronger scents, and they smell SO good! I’m obsessed. 😍

Now, onto the new Hut! 🏚️➡️🏡

The new heart of the Sourdough Hut is coming along! We’ve got a BRAND NEW ROOF, all the walls and floors have been reframed, and we’re getting SO close to the fun part — putting everything back together! 🙌

Today I’m working on caulking and scraping the outside to get it ready for paint. I’ll share some pictures later because it is definitely starting to look like an actual building again! 😂

The grand opening is getting closer and closer, and I promise you’re not going to want to miss it! ❤️
