Another interesting question from another valued customer. Carol asks can I freeze my chocolate? Chocolate is best kept at 65 to 70 degrees. If you freeze it it has to be in an air tight container and you have to thaw it in the refrigerator not at room temperature because the chocolate will get wet if you thaw at room temperature. Milk chocolate has a shelf life of one year if kept at 65 to 70 degrees and low humidity away from light. The refrigerator is too humid. Probably best not to freeze if it has a shelf life of a year. So enjoy!! I'm sure you can eat it within a year. Everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

I would like to thank Suzanne for asking whether my toffee is gluten-free. The answer was researched and the company of some of the products were called and I am happy to report that according to the research the toffee is gluten-free.
