We have a special peaches & cream parfait today with roasted peaches from Mick Klug Farms, vegan whip, and cobbler crumbs. I was inspired to make this one because it reminded me of the peaches and cream cup I had when I visited Dollywood 20 years ago 🦋

Have you tried our yummy éclairs? I’ve always dreamt of having a case filled with vegan pastries you’d find at an Italian-American bakery. Lucky for me, our Brittany Paulson is a French pastry chef- just look at these beauties!

If you haven’t yet tried a classic éclair, I suggest you try one of ours! No component comes out of a can- the choux, the pastry cream, and the frostings all are made in-house- and VEGAN as always!

We have a full tray in the case today. We usually make them on weekends when it’s more busy, but as always just give us a call if you want to see if we have them!
