Cake and matching cupcakes - everything was edible - from the white chocolate tombstones to the cookie crumble dirt to the spooky house, tree and moon sculpted from fondant. This is always one of my favorite cakes to make (and I feel so fortunate that I get to do so every year!). Kicking the dance season off with a special treat for the company dancers in this year’s all company production theme: Vegas (in case it wasn’t obvious 😂)! It’s going to be a great season Moves Dance Studio ladies!

Top: chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache filling and covered with chocolate ganache

Middle: vanilla almond cake filled with strawberry compote and vanilla bean buttercream and covered with vanilla bean buttercream

Bottom: red velvet cake filled with chocolate chip cream cheese frosting and covered with cream cheese frosting

Pretty little cake for a beautiful young lady! Her current obsession is chocolate covered cherry ice cream. So we made our delicious chocolate cake, drizzled with cherry simple syrup and filled with our maraschino cherry buttercream (including chopped maraschino cherries between all four layers!). Happy birthday, McKenna!!
