Strangegfbakery We are small, family-owned gluten free bakery, located in Argyle, Texas. We specialize in sourdough bread and sweet treats.

We're a small, home-based bakery where everything is gluten-free. Our Story:
In 2004, one of my dear friends called me to tell me he had been diagnosed with something called Celiac. I said, "what is Celiac?" He explained and I then replied, "gosh, I feel sorry for your wife one day." Fast forward 20 years and I've been baking GF goods for him ever since. He's a keeper and my biggest supporter. I

am a licensed Occupational Therapist by trade and have practiced for 20+ years, but I absolutely love to bake. The most common question I get asked, "Is it all really gluten free?" Yes - everything is gluten-free. We strive to use the freshest ingredients from local eggs down the street to dry goods - no additives or preservatives whatsoever.

Hey sweet customers! We are headed to CO for Thanksgiving break. I do my best to get as much as I could out for you to enjoy with your family.
To save your goodies for Thursday, freeze in an airtight container, thaw in fridge on Wednesday and then serve when ready! Most treats will thaw in 4 hours, the sourdough bread takes a but longer.
