When your niece puts in her order for a birthday cake before you even know when her party is 😂 This year she requested a squishy dumpling cake and it had to include rice crispy treats.

Starting with a two layer 10" confetti cake with vanilla buttercream, and that's wrapped in modeling chocolate.
Then comes the dumpling. It had to be PINK 🩷 and SPARKLY ✨! And I think I nailed it 😉
The dumpling is a carved 8" confetti cake covered with pink fondant. (Note: I never cover cakes in fondant so I think I did good! 😅)
Then comes the rice crispy treats. The 10" cover is a full round rice crispy treat covered in modeling chocolate (I didn't get a picture of the bottom!?)
Then I made a custom label for the top.
Scroll far enough and you'll even find me, a rare sighting!

Happy 8th birthday to my amazing niece, Zoey! 🎂🩷✨ Keep sparkling bright my sweet girl.
