The garden is showing off this time of year with probably our best tomato harvest yet. There's something to be said about leaving them alone and letting them just do their thing.

Tomatillos are new for me but I will be growing them again.

Now it's preservation time with roasted tomato sauce and pickled peppers to start

Green beans, eggplants, cauliflower, beans ands celery on deck!
