I am a military wife and mom of 4 beautiful kids. I have been baking and crafting since childhood, which prompted my family and friends to nickname me “Courtney Poppins”.

My husband retired from a career in the Air Force and we settled into our forever home here in New Kent, Virginia. My babies are growing up fast, but that leaves me some extra time to begin a business. And here I am - C. Allen Confections. My little shop is open at Colonial Kitchen & Market on Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, serving fresh-baked pastries, danish, muffins and more. Want to treat your team? Need a custom cake, cookies, or cupcakes? Just contact me for details and orders.
