Mother’s Day Special: Diane’s Dessert Flight 💐

My mom was truly a special person, and this box is created in honor of her deep love for desserts and the memories we shared in the kitchen and around the table. To say she is missed is an understatement, but this is my way of keeping a piece of her close and to share with you, the joy she gave others.

Each item in this flight tells a story:

🥧 Derby Pie – She loved hosting, and the Kentucky Derby wasn’t complete without this pie… a rich, chocolate chip walnut filling in a flaky crust.

🍑 Peach-Raspberry Crumble – Family meals at my parents’ house always included some kind of crumble. It was a staple and a comfort.

🍋 Lemon Cake with Cream Cheese-Coconut Frosting – Her birthday cake request every year.

🍊 Orange Olive Oil Cake with Mascarpone Whipped Cream – She loved trying new recipes, and this was one of the last ones we made together.

This dessert flight is more than sweets—it’s a collection of memories, traditions, and love baked into every bite.
