It’s one of those times I just forgot to film all of the steps. In my defense I was up at midnight baking my gf sourdough so I was a little tired 😅

Buuuut this second attempt turned out better than the first! It’s still not where I’d like it to be, but I’m going to keep on trying and experimenting. I mixed the batter longer this time until it was smooth, and I baked it 15 extra minutes at the very end. The crust had a great crunch, and the crumb was still a little sticky but much better than the last loaf.

Any volunteers for taste testers with future gf sourdough? 😉
