A little business update! 💗

After giving it a lot of thought, we’ve decided to stay true to our roots and continue focusing on custom orders instead of opening a cake pop stand. With so many amazing cake pop stands popping up around the area, we’ve realized that what makes Pops+KB special is creating personalized treats for your birthdays, baby showers, weddings, holidays, and all of life’s special moments. I’m beyond grateful that this business has grown so much from my home kitchen. The amount of love and support you’ve shown has kept me busy with custom orders, and I truly couldn’t ask for anything more. Every order means the world to me, and I’m so thankful I get to do what I love while creating sweet memories for your families.

Will there be a cake pop stand one day? Maybe! 🍰
But for now, we’re going to keep pouring our hearts into custom orders and giving each one the attention it deserves.

✨ Important Ordering Update ✨

First, I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported my small business. Your orders truly mean so much to me! 💗

Unfortunately, I’ve had several instances where orders were placed, supplies were purchased, time was spent creating them, and then the customer either didn’t show up for pickup, stopped responding, or never completed payment.

As a small business, situations like this are very costly, so I have to make a change to protect my time and materials.

Effective immediately:
🩷 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing all orders.
🩷 If you plan to pay cash at pickup, the 50% deposit is still due upfront to secure your order.
🩷 Your order will not be confirmed or started until the deposit has been received.
🩷 The remaining balance will be due at pickup (or before delivery, if applicable).

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support. These policies help me continue creating treats for all of you while keeping my small business running smoothly. Thank you for supporting Pops + KB! 🧁💕
