Get that website!!!!! Get that website! Get that website! Get a landing page. Add a jot form to it. Put those orders in writing in a place where it won’t be lost or damaged.

Happy Tuesday! Back with part 2. Soooo yea, create a schedule/routine for yourself and your clients. Make selecting a pickup time mandatory. This will allow you as the baker to have better control of your production schedule. Start orders that are picking up first earlier. Pre-package. This allows you to have orders ready on time. This also prevents you from sitting around waiting for a lengthy time!

Now, we have to also hold ourselves accountable and ensure that we execute orders in a timely manner to have it ready for our clients. They shouldn’t be inconvenienced either. Respect their time as well🩷
