If you’ve ever wondered what makes our gluten-free bread stand out in both texture and flavor, here is a big part of the secret: we mix our own gluten-free bread flour blend completely from scratch!

​Truthfully, blending our custom flour ratio is the most tedious, time-consuming part of the whole baking process. But honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. We love baking bread for this amazing community, and taking the extra time to craft our own flour blend ensures you get the absolute best quality in every single bite.

​We’re batching up fresh flour today so we can bake fresh, golden, delicious loaves for you all weekend long! 🍞✨

Big news for my gluten-free neighbors! 🥖✨

Hi everyone! I’m Kim, a local cottage baker here in Virginia, and I am so excited to share that I’m officially gearing up for my spring launch this April! 🌸

I’ve spent months perfecting my approach to gluten-free baking—focusing on small-batch sourdough, crusty artisan loaves, and treats that actually taste like the real thing (no dry, crumbly bread here!).

Everything is handcrafted in my home kitchen and will be available for local pickup (for now). 😉

On the upcoming April menu:
🥖 Signature GF Artisan Sourdough
🍯 Honey-Sweetened Biscuits
🍪 Cookies and so much more!
