Congratulations to CWO4 Phoeuk on his 21 years of dedicated service!!! I had so much fun making this vanilla cake with lemon filling for his retirement. I wanted to do something different so I added a lot of gold leaf all over the tiers. Semper Fi.

Congratulations to Colonel Feltham on his retirement!!! What a great career he had. During his time, he came back into the Marine Corps after his first enlistment and achieved the rank of Colonel! Simply amazing. Semper Fi!

Congratulations to GySgt Mari Gonzalez on your 22 year Marine Corps career! I've known Mari for years and I'm so proud of her. I was so honored to be asked to make this cake and cookies for her retirement. Everything is edible and I made the flowers with fondant and gumpaste. The cake is a marble vanilla and chocolate with vanilla buttercream. Congratulations again and Semper Fidelis

Happy 18th birthday to Derick who I have known since he was a baby. What a wonderful young man he has become!!! I made him some vanilla sugar cookies with vanilla rolled buttercream and royal icing writing. These were so fun to do.

Congratulations Major Stephenson. I incorporated his love of Penn State Football with his enlisted rank of SSgt. I also make red and white cakesicles with edible ranks and eagle, globe, and anchors. Everything on the cake is edible as well.
