Make a pizza with me!
First, we make the dough. You can pick it up at The Iron Rooster fresh, frozen, or parbaked and ready for toppings!
I roll it out on a pan and top with fresh garlic to heat in the oven at 450 for 5 minutes.
Next, I add a jar of tomato sauce I made from last year's garden. Use whatcha got, I love Newman's Own marinara sauce, too!
Then, add any cheese and toppings that tickle your heart. I used provolone, banana peppers, onion, leftover smoked pork belly, pepperoni, and prosciutto because it was what I had in the fridge.
Return to the oven at 450 for 18-25 minutes depending on how crispy you like your crust.
