Make a pizza with me!

First, we make the dough. You can pick it up at The Iron Rooster fresh, frozen, or parbaked and ready for toppings!

I roll it out on a pan and top with fresh garlic to heat in the oven at 450 for 5 minutes.

Next, I add a jar of tomato sauce I made from last year's garden. Use whatcha got, I love Newman's Own marinara sauce, too!

Then, add any cheese and toppings that tickle your heart. I used provolone, banana peppers, onion, leftover smoked pork belly, pepperoni, and prosciutto because it was what I had in the fridge.

Return to the oven at 450 for 18-25 minutes depending on how crispy you like your crust.

Sometimes we all need an emergency snack and I'm so grateful to have been part of both the much-anticipated events and the spur of the moment pick-me-ups in 2025!

This has been a whirlwind year for my family, filled with many uncertainties. Y'all have kept me busy in the kitchen and it has been so good for my soul to have the distraction, the time to slow down, and the time to heal.

Thank you for every order, social media like/share, recommendation, and kind word. I appreciate every single one of you!

December has been a great month. Y'all surprised me with more pizza dough orders than cookies 😳 but I sure love a good surprise! I look forward to seeing many of you this week leading up to Christmas as you pick up your cinnamon rolls, muffins, French toast casseroles, cookies, and sourdough. As always, there will be instructions included for heating frozen items to enjoy on Christmas morning.
