Chef Nikki’s recent graduation with honors, is a testament to her unwavering commitment and a proud milestone as the first in her family to graduate college (for the second time).

Balancing a full-time job, motherhood of three wonderful children, her role as a loving wife, active involvement in ministry, and owning her own business, she overcame countless challenges. Each obstacle was a stepping stone, and with every hurdle, she rose stronger, embodying resilience and passion.
