A new formula is here. 🧪🍪

Roy’s Cookie Co. began in 2019 with a love for baking, a commitment to quality and a goal of creating something people would genuinely enjoy.

In 2023, we took a big step forward and began selling at farmers markets. What started as a passion grew into something much more meaningful because of every customer who stopped by our table, placed an order, shared our name, returned for another box or simply offered a few encouraging words.

Your support gave this business the confidence and opportunity to grow—and now, we’re incredibly excited to share the next chapter with you.

Introducing The Big Bake Theory.

This new name represents everything happening behind each batch: carefully developed recipes, quality ingredients, time, precision and the constant pursuit of better flavor. It also gives us room to grow beyond cookies and continue creating brownies, brookies and other baked favorites.

Although the name is changing, the baker, recipes and commitment you’ve come to know remain the same.

To every customer who has supported Roy’s Cookie Co. since 2019—and especially those who have visited us at farmers markets since 2023—thank you. This next chapter would not be possible without you, and we cannot wait for you to experience everything we have planned.

Same baker. Bigger theory.
A whole new chapter—and we’re just getting started.

Serving Central Florida and surrounding communities.
