The website is updated. I am taking orders for the next 3 Fridays, orders due by Wednesday evening.

Sourdough breads and sweets made with Caputo Italian flour. My work taste tester friends say I need to add cinnamon roll focaccia to my menu, so that will be coming soon.

I am missing baking this and next week. But concrete dust is not the new inclusion for the month. My Forno oven is currently in the living room and the couch is outside.

We have 💦 water and will be baking Friday March 6th.
We also have holes in our walls and a floor that’s partly ripped out. Just taking baking ( and everything else) one week at a time while things get back to normal.

Our bathroom sprung a leak, it’s in the slab and not a quick fix. So, unfortunately I won’t be baking this week, while we get new plumbing installed and all the mess cleaned up from that. Then at some point the floors will have to be fixed.

I just updated the February schedule. We will have preorders for Thursday 5th, instead of Friday. Then Thursday evening you can find us selling at Latitudes for their Galentines Day party.

In true Emily fashion, this is the only picture I took today. We had a fantastic time meeting everyone at the CARE fundraiser today. Sorry we ran out of bread too soon. Good news is I will be baking again on Friday! See you then!! Thanks for all the Love 💜Emily, Manny, and Oliver.
