We donated desserts. The students at Wellspring Church made them disappear. 🍂😂

Fall-themed chocolate-covered Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, and mini cupcakes… and not a single treat survived. 👏

Before Tampa Bay Cake Company had a storefront… before the pink walls… before we were out here slinging cupcakes professionally… there was the Sweet Potato Cupcake. ✨

Our OG regulars KNOW. This flavor has had a fan club since the cottage-bakery days, and I will say this with absolutely zero humility:

It might be the best cupcake we make.🎉

It tastes like fall, Thanksgiving, and making excellent life choices all at the same time.

STOP SENDING ME AI-GENERATED CAKE PHOTOS. 😂

AI does not have to obey the laws of gravity.
AI does not have to use actual buttercream.
AI does not care if a 14-inch sugar flower is physically attached to absolutely nothing.
AI has never had to look a bride in the eye and explain why her cake cannot levitate.

I love a good inspiration photo. Truly.

But if the cake has translucent floating ruffles, gravity-defying flowers, metallic buttercream that appears to be forged by actual elves, and a structure that would require an engineering degree from NASA…

When our macaron maker Malyha moved to Michigan, we’re just gonna say it…

We dropped the ball.

The texture wasn’t right.
The flavors weren’t hitting like they used to.
And they were absolutely NOT up to the standard we expect at Tampa Bay Cake Company.

So I took them over myself. 🙋🏻‍♀️

With a LOT of testing, tweaking, yelling at almond flour, and help from my staff… THE MACARONS ARE BACK.

And I’m confident enough to put my money where my mouth is.
