✨ The Special Story Behind the Claudia Pastry Logo ✨

I would love to share the heartfelt story behind my business logo.

The logo was lovingly designed by my daughter, Evelyn, and features our beloved cat, Tuzki. We adopted Tuzki in 2019, shortly after relocating from Macau to North Carolina. She became a very special part of our family during an important new chapter in our lives. 🐱💚

Sadly, Tuzki passed away in 2024. Even though she is no longer with us, she continues to mean so much to Evelyn and me. Through this logo, her sweet memory will always remain part of our family and the Claudia Pastry journey.

The colorful cat, flowing green ribbon, and fresh fruit details represent family, love, creativity, and the care I put into every handcrafted treat.

Thank you, Evelyn, for creating such a meaningful logo, and thank you, Tuzki, for leaving your paw prints forever in our hearts. 🐾💕

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

This past Sunday at James Creek Cider House didn't go as planned. Unfortunately, my macaron display refrigerator suddenly stopped working and couldn't keep my macarons cold, so I had to stop selling them much earlier than expected.

Even with this unexpected situation, many of you came by to check on me, and several wonderful customers who knew what happened still chose to support my small business by purchasing my macarons. Your kindness, understanding, and encouragement truly meant the world to me.

Running a small business comes with unexpected challenges, but moments like these remind me why I love being part of this amazing community. I'm so grateful for every customer who stopped by, shared kind words, and supported Claudia Pastry.

Thank you for standing by me. I can't wait to be back with a fully working display and plenty of fresh, handcrafted macarons for everyone!
