Both Sarah and I have baked a lot yesterday! This is only a really small portion of all the cookies Sarah baked this week! I'm hoping to get more pictures later today!

What's your day been like today?!
Ours? We feel very accomplished with having made 13 Pies, 24 Cinnamon Rolls, and 92 loaves Salt Rising Bread, and our cleaner, Betty has done a fantastic job of washing all the dishes tonight!

Tomorrow baked goods deliveries will be made and tomorrow afternoon/evening Sarah will be baking cookies!

One of our sons raised layer chickens this summer and we want to sell them all before they start laying! Located in Alfred NY.

They will be 19 weeks old as of September 1st and should start laying within the next few weeks. We have 120 chickens total, including about 10 roosters. Approximately 75 of them are Barred Rocks, about 30 are New Hampshire Red, and about 10 or 15 are Rhode Island Red.

$15 each OBO. If you get 50 chickens or more, they are $12 each.

After being done in the bakery today (except glaze scones that I'll be doing tomorrow morning) I got 14 bags sweet corn in the freezer! That's almost 25 bags for the winter for our family and it feels very accomplished!
The clouds were beautiful tonight!

After the baking was done tonight (except glaze scones which I'll do tomorrow morning) I got 14 bags sweet corn in the freezer for our family in the winter! It's a huge accomplishment! Our family will love the almost 25 bags corn that are now in the freezer!
