CARAMEL RICE CAKE TREATS 🍫🥜✨

This one tastes like something straight from the check-out candy aisle… but with a better-for-you twist 💜

Crunchy caramel rice cake + creamy peanut butter maple dip + Greek yogurt + chocolate = SWEET TOOTH MAGIC.

And honestly?
These remind me of a frozen peanut butter Tagalong cookie or Nutty Buddy-style treat 😍

BUT here’s the difference 👇

✨ Meg’s Kitchen Rice Cake Treat:
✔️ ~220 calories
✔️ 9g protein
✔️ Less sugar
✔️ More filling ingredients
✔️ Protein + healthy fats to help keep you satisfied

🍫 Compared to a Nutty Buddy Bar:
• Similar calories
• Usually only 2–3g protein
• Much higher added sugar
• Less filling
• More processed ingredients

That means this version can actually HELP curb sweet cravings instead of sending you back for another snack 20 minutes later 👏

✨ Pro tip:
Freeze them 5–10 minutes after adding chocolate for that candy-bar crunch!

Perfect for:
✔️ late-night sweet cravings
✔️ freezer treats
✔️ better-for-you dessert swaps
✔️ moms hiding snacks in the back of the freezer 😂

🥜🍯 Peanut Butter Dessert Hummus?! Stay with me…

This is one of those recipes that makes you go:
👉 “Wait… this is healthy??”

Creamy. Sweet. Slightly salty.
Packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats — and it comes together in minutes.

Here’s why I LOVE this one:
✨ ~5g protein per serving
✨ ~3–4g fiber (hello gut health)
✨ Naturally sweetened with maple syrup
✨ Kid-approved + meal prep friendly

This is how we start shifting habits…
not by cutting everything out — but by making smarter swaps.

Dip it in:
🍎 apples
🥨 pretzels
🍓 strawberries
🍘 rice cakes

👉 Or go next level like I did… freeze-dried strawberries = PB&J vibes in every bite

Or let’s be real…eat it with a spoon 😅

💡 StrongHer Tip:
Pairing this with fiber-rich dippers = better blood sugar balance + longer-lasting energy

✨ COMFORT FOOD… but make it WORK for your body ✨

This one right here 👇
Smoky Sausage, Cabbage & White Bean Sheet Pan

👉 Hearty
👉 Budget-friendly
👉 Meal prep approved
👉 And actually supports your health

Because good-for-you food does NOT have to be boring 💜

🍽️ WHY THIS MEAL IS A WIN:

✔️ Protein (14–20g per serving)
Supports muscle, metabolism, and keeps you full longer (goodbye snack spiral 👋)

✔️ Fiber (4–6g per serving)
From cabbage + beans = gut health, hormone balance, and blood sugar stability

✔️ Healthy Fats (24–36g)
Keeps you satisfied + helps absorb key vitamins (A, D, E, K)

✔️ Balanced Carbs (14–20g)
Not too high, not too low → steady energy without the crash

👉 This is what we mean by REAL LIFE BALANCED EATING

🧠 WHY YOUR BODY LOVES THIS:

* Cabbage = detox + gut support
* White beans = fiber + plant protein + minerals
* Sausage = protein + flavor (because we’re not eating sad food here)
* Mustard + spices = digestion + anti-inflammatory boost

🍚 WANT TO LEVEL IT UP?

Serve it over rice or quinoa 👇

💡 Pro tip: Cook your grains in bone broth instead of water
→ adds extra protein, collagen, and minerals
→ supports gut, joints, skin, and recovery
