Meg’s Kitchen Note 💜
“These are everything I love about the classic boxed corn muffin—sweet, fluffy, and comforting—but made with simple ingredients you can actually recognize. The sourdough discard adds incredible flavor while helping reduce food waste, and the honey gives just the right touch of sweetness without the refined sugar.”
These would be amazing alongside your crockpot soups, chili, or the Marry Me Wedding Soup recipe we created. Even better with a little whipped honey butter and a hot cup of tea. 🍯🌽💜
