We were so honored to provide breakfast for the City of Anderson’s Brew meeting this past week. It was wonderful seeing such a great turnout of community partners gathered to welcome one of Anderson’s newest neighbors, P.F. Meat Co.

Co-owner Colleen Snow shared the history behind the company along with the exciting vision for their new home at 522 N. Main St. — and the fresh pasta samples were absolutely delicious!

Thank you to the City of Anderson for the opportunity to be part of such a warm and welcoming community gathering. We love seeing local businesses and neighbors come together to support one another!

About our pastries...before the sun comes up, our little bakeshop is already humming with activity - dough is being carefully laminated, pastries shaped by hand, and trays of baked goods tucked lovingly into the oven.

We can’t get enough of strawberry season🍓

Alongside our strawberry rhubarb cheese Danish and strawberry almond tart (GF), we’re rolling out something extra special this Saturday—a strawberry cinnamon roll.

We start with locally grown strawberries, simmered down into our housemade jam, then swirl it together with our classic cinnamon filling and wrap it all in soft, pillowy brioche. Each roll is finished with a strawberry + vanilla bean icing that brings just the right touch of brightness to one of our favorites.
