Behind the scenes of my Cookies & Cream Pound Cake 🤎 From mixing the batter to pouring that rich cookies & cream glaze, everything is made fresh from scratch. The soft slice at the end might be my favorite part 🍰

When y’all see my hair wrapped up, just know it’s bake day 😭🍪✨

Today was full of pickups, prepping orders, and doing all the behind the scenes things that come with running a small business 🤎 One thing about me, I’m wearing ALL the hats over here... baker, packer, customer service, content creator, and everything in between 😂

Fun fact: I bake everything fresh to order because I want every customer to get the same love, care, and quality I’d want myself ✨

Thank you all for continuing to support Cree’s Sweetery. Watching something I built continue to grow has honestly been such a blessing 🥹🤎

I don’t just bake desserts… I make small batch comfort 🤎✨
This cinnamon roll pound cake is buttery, warm, glazed while fresh, and finished with Biscoff crumble for the perfect bite 😮‍💨🍰

• 1/2 cup melted salted butter (1 stick)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• Chocolate chips, pretzels and toffee bits measured with your heart 🤎🍪

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 365°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Melt butter and let cool slightly. Mix in sugars, egg, and vanilla.
3. Fold in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips and Mix-ins.
4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, leaving room to spread.
5. Bake 10–11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.

Makes about 13 cookies ✨
