Mer has been DYING to make a Justin Bieber cake, and getting the chance to finally create one felt like a full circle moment. 💜🎂

As a girl who had every poster, CD, and magazine issue of JB… this cake healed a little piece of her inner child. 🥹😭💜

And honestly, making this for a fellow Belieber made it even more special! ✨

🎒🧁❤️ Back to School, with a little extra sweetness! ❤️🧁🎒

We were so honored to participate in JBER’s Back to School Celebration, hosted by the amazing Wounded Warrior Project (WWP)! 🇺🇸

It was such a special day seeing students receive FREE backpacks and school supplies to help them start the new school year off right. We loved being able to add a little sweetness to the celebration by handing out cupcakes from yours truly, Mer’s Creations! 🧁✨

WWP is truly an incredible organization that does so much to support our military community, from mental and physical wellness programs and peer support to family resources, career assistance, financial wellness, benefits guidance, and so much more. ❤️🇺🇸

WWP is especially close to our hearts because we’ve personally been able to utilize their services with Mer being a veteran and D as a family member. We’ve seen firsthand the impact their support can have on veterans and their families, which makes being able to give back and participate in an event like this even more meaningful to us. ❤️

We’re incredibly grateful to have been a small part of such a wonderful event and to give back to the military community that means so much to us.

🇺🇸✈️ Friday was such an incredible experience getting to attend the JBER Airshow practice! Watching the amazing pilots and military personnel in action was truly something special.

For Mer, being a veteran, and for both Mer & I (D), growing up as military brats, there’s a feeling of pride, nostalgia, and appreciation that’s hard to put into words. ❤️🤍💙 Being surrounded by the men and women who serve and seeing the incredible skill, dedication, and sacrifice of our military was truly an unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful we got to witness it! 🇺🇸✨

This experience was even more special as Mer’s brother is currently serving as a B-52 crew chief. We were lucky enough to meet some of his crew members and pals while we were there and got to deliver some goodies for their trip back home.😉

Mer even went back Sunday to enjoy more of the show and was lucky enough to snag some amazing patches and coins to add to the collection! 🇺🇸✨

One of our favorite patches we were able to collect is the patch honoring the 8 fallen B-52 crew members. It carries so much meaning and serves as a beautiful reminder of the bravery, sacrifice, and brotherhood within the military. 🇺🇸❤️

What an incredible weekend filled with airplanes, family, memories, and so much continued appreciation for the men and women who serve our country. ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸✈️
