Yesterday I sent these two Guava Strawberry cheese cakes out with a customer for a family get together🍰This cheese cake is made with Maria cookies a product of Spain and then a cheese cake batter with guava swirled through out and topped with fresh strawberries drizzled with a guava sauce and some lime zest 🍰
