🌿 Taste&Traditions : What does gluten-free mean to us?
For us, gluten-free isn’t simply about replacing wheat flour with another type of flour.
At Piece & Freedom Bakery, many of our gluten-free items are naturally gluten-free — meaning they were created without flour.
Items that we have gluten-free by design:

🫐 Berry Pavlova
🤍 Meringue Roll
🥜 Fruit & Nut Ba**er
We don’t take a traditional flour-based dessert and simply replace the flour with something else. We believe that can change the texture, flavor, and character of the original dessert.
Instead, we choose recipes where the ingredients naturally create the texture and flavor we’re looking for — without needing flour at all.
For us, gluten-free should still be delicious, beautiful, and true to the dessert itself. 🫶🏼
