Hello all! Sorry for the interruption to regular menus, as we’ve had a long and emotional week remembering my dear grandpa’s 79 years of life.

Thanks for being patient as I settle back into all of the spring time activities our kids are in, along with baking. I’ll be back with a fresh preorder menu next Sunday evening 🫶🏻

This week, I’ll have Everyday White ($5) and original Sourdough ($10) loaves available for pick up on Friday after 2pm

No menu for this week! I’ll be trying out my new mixer this week, getting used to this new size and how it works for bigger batches of dough. So keep an eye out for stories as I might have some white loaves and sourdough available later in the week 😁

This is my grain mill in action and it uses two round stones to turn wheat berries into freshly ground whole wheat flour 🌾
Fresh milled flour has a richer taste and legitimately makes you fuller quicker; in a lasting way! The reason is because it’s full of most of what you need, without the extra junk you don’t need.

I had already been making bread for our family and giving it away for quite a while, but when I offered it for sale, I felt so nervous and so vulnerable. But we do it anyway, right?? I didn’t sleep the night before because I was so worried how in the world I’d get ten entire loaves made. It’s wild to say that now that 10 is a light week of orders 😅
