I am a down home Chef to the core, but was recently educated on the various needs of the above mentioned diets, and I've been having a great time experimenting and catering some of my staple desserts, to

fit these diets' needs!! HOWEVER, if you DO NOT subscribe to any sort of "diet" have no fear!! That too is my specialty :) Nothing but yummy, fatty, and sugary packed sweet goodness!! We do made to order Desserts and Sweet Treats of all sorts!! Cookie Trays, Birthday Cakes, Cup Cakes, etc. Anything to fit your Holiday Party needs and we make lovely gifts as well!!

Did you know that about 90% of the yummy treats you see on here are Gluten- Free?? Of course we specialize in full out fatty, sugary yumminess like any other baking business. HOWEVER, we're really working on this craft of making tasty yet "healthy" or rather "better for you" sweets. We've also made some sugar-free and vegan treats upon request as well! Whatever challenge you've got? Throw my way!! I'm up for it :)
