Pecans are nuts that grow on large trees - mostly in the southern United States. The nuts are removed from their shells and cooked with sugars and other ingredients. This mixture is placed in a dish lined by a pastry crust and baked in an oven .
Our pies taste lightly sweet and nutty and is somewhat creamy and buttery. They are very good with Whipped Cream on top or Vanilla Ice Cream
