My first gluten-free sourdough loaf and my second gluten-free sourdough loaf. Why did I make two? Because I had no idea what was.about to happen! I'd seen so many ways of making these and was left just as confused as when I got into regular sourdough. The first loaf is a recipe by and the second loaf is a recipe....which i don't that think I did right at all!! Anyway...the bake reveal will be posted soon! Or head over to Behind the Apron, my.blog, to see how it all played out.

Your feedback helps me more than you know. I spend hours working on recipes, tweaking them, tasting one batch after another but I never know if I actually nailed a recipe until I hear from YOU! ***rdonuts

Soooo, yea, I started a gluten-free starter....two weeks ago! What shall I name Rye-Anne's baby sister? Also, since i don't have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, we'll just say it's a gluten-friendly starter if you're trying to cut flour from your diet and not for medical reasons. Who wants to see how much she's grown???
