This cake went on a road trip to Mississippi. If youre travelling with your cake, be sure to let me know so I can make sure it's extra cold for the road. I suggest placing your cake in a cooler with ice packs to ensure there is no melting of buttercream on the way.

When I graduated High Scool, I was handed my diploma in the counselors office because they miraculously "found" that one history credit i was missing....y'all I hated high school so much! Lol 😆 when I finally got the chance to walk the stage at my college graduation, I made sure to take in the moment.

My favorite detail on this cake are the pages in the books. Did I have wafer paper flying all over my kitchen? Yes. It was worth it though!

Oh how I LOVED making this cake because of the color! My favorite color is blue and this blue buttercream made me want to cover everything in it. It was so easy to make and didnt require an entire bottle of food gel. I simply used my immersion blender to help develop the color.

So many graduation orders were picked up this weekend and I won't let them get lost in my camera roll!! Gonna start off with my favorite cookie set of the week....it was my only cookie set of the week 😆 but also, I'm a Baylor Bear and was so excited to make this order!
