There's really no need to buy a lot of stuff to make sourdough. The only special equipment I bought was a Dutch oven. My "bannetons" are plastic bowls/storage containers. I have bowl liners now, but i started with using dish towels or paper towels. Nothing fancy. You will still get the job done.

Today i brought focaccia! There are three flavors for you to try: cinnamon swirl, rosemary, and pesto parmesan. Try one or try them all! They will be available in full and half pan sizes.

I've been editing my focaccia menu with some fun savory combos. Even I need a break from all the sweetness and this pizza hit the spot! I can't sell meat, but if you get one of my focaccias, you can load on as much meat as you'd like 🤣
