First Cookie of the Week!! The classic Chocolate Chip!! These are my Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are a wonderful mix of bittersweet chocolate and brown butter crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Fun fact the biggest chocolate chip cookie was over 40,000 pounds. Really enjoyed making these Alice in wonderland themed cupcakes for Schenectady Light Opera Company Alice by heart fundraiser event. There is one night left if you haven’t gotten your ticket buy it now! The show was amazing and the amount of talent from everyone was beyond words. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry and you’ll get to eat delicious desserts!
