Meatloaf today at Jawbone. We are serving it with smashed potatoes and gravy. Tomorrow smoked turkey and Swiss on grilled everything sourdough bread. Coneys Friday.

We have a new burger to try today at Jawbone. We are calling it a western burger. It comes with white cheddar cheese(the photo is a little different than the final product ) topped with sautéed onions and bacon crumbles with a sweet western sauce. Add more bacon on a brioche or pretzel bun. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes tomorrow and smoked turkey sandwiches on sourdough Thursday.

Smoked pork chops glazed with sticky sauce today at Jawbone. Add cheesy potatoes and green beans and you got a meal. Also we have fresh ham salad today. Tomorrow we have a new burger to try. We haven’t named it yet so I don’t know what more I can say other than white cheddar cheese and grilled onions.

Bacon Ranch Big Hanks today at Jawbone. Get a jumbo baked potato with butter, cheese, bacon, you pick the protein, topped with our homemade ranch dressing instead of sour cream and finished with green onions. Also we are highlighting the 3rd place burger today too. It’s made with our fresh ground chuck and ground platter bacon. It’s tasty.

Macaroni and cheese bowls today at Jawbone. We start with creamy Mac, top it with extra cheese and bacon crumbles then you pick the meat. Choose from pulled pork, chicken or something new, a Salisbury steak patty(this might seem a little weird to some people but I think sound delish). Then choose your sauce from buffalo, house made ranch, pick one of our bbq sauces. Also I want to apologize for the lack of pretzel buns yesterday. I failed to share their location with the cook before I left. We have them today.

Pimento BACON cheeseburgers on pretzel buns today at Jawbone. Take a look at this photo then close your eyes. Imagine bacon crumbles in the cheese on the burger served on a pretzel buns! I think you’ll like it.

It’s taco day at Jawbone. Birria chimichurri beef tacos. We take a corn tortilla dip it in au jus and smother it in melted cheese, add seasoned tri tip, chimichurri sauce, and top it with vandalia onions and fresh sliced jalapeno. It comes with lime wedges and chips and salsa.(photo is of a pervious taco special not the birria. I didn’t have current photo yet.)

We had some special guest yesterday at Jawbone! Happy birthday Taylor. We hope you had a great day. $1 wings today along with a jumbo mixed green and pulled chicken salad. The salad is made with spring mix, red onion, shredded carrots, mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, croutons and of course BACON. Top that with warm pulled chicken. Traditionally it comes with a house made French style dressing. It’s an old family recipe and one of the most complimented things we make. Thank you Jeannie Correll for the recipe.
