Mack and Izzy new babies are starting to hatch!!! This little guy is exhausted after all that hard work! Now we let him dry in the incubator then he will get transferred to a warm spot to grow even bigger!

Mack and Izzy's Eggs is almost thru its winter updates! Their wonderful chicken took their rest thru the winter rest to focus on keeping warm for the winter. We will be updating the stand to the new pricing here soon and starting to set them out. As for now, if you are in need of some eggs the kiddos are selling them for $4 a dozen. Mack and Izzy will also be introducing this year dehydrated eggs to their stand. Once we figure out more details of qty per sealed jar, and cost on jars we will be setting our price for everyone. They will also be putting some egg in jar with lime if product of eggs is high enough. This gives a 5-year storage for eggs. They enjoyed our winter knowing that our chicken was able to rest and focus on warmth vs producing. Yet we were still okay thru the winter with our stock up on dehydrated eggs. Their earnings from last year gave them money for this year to add more chicken to the pen. So here soon the kiddos will be busy taking care of the new babies and collecting them eggs for all their customers. The kiddos thank each and every one of you that supported them last year in buying their eggs.

Would any of the customer be interested in dehydrated eggs? Dehydrated eggs can last 5-10 year in air sealed containers. It’s a 2-1 ratio mix to rehydrate and be able to use in baking or normal cooking. This would be great for winter time when chicken begins to their down time of not laying as many eggs due to the colder weather and stock could be built up with the worry of spoiling or availability.
